I have 2 children also. I am not sure of the circumstances of your son's induction, but for my daughter I was pit induced. She was also an forcep delivery (37cm head which I remind her of daily. My son was a natural vag delivery. My daughter is a very bright OB RN and my son has had some of the same problems as you mentioned your son has. I am also an OB RN. We do pit inductions on a regular basis. I am not fond of them especially when they are for the doctor's convenience. I have no answers for you, but sometimes kids are just different because kids are just different.
