Why don't you seek the counsel of someone who has been educated in such matters professionally? Lawyers are prompting you to do something you have not been adequately informed about via the appropriate sources of experience and knowledge. Life happens to everyone, and we cannot go filing law suits everytime mother nature deals us a card we weren't expecting or deserving. Every single mother in L/D gets pitocin (give or take). How many CP babies result from that practice? You're suit-happy lawyer probably doesn't want you to know the answer to that question, or doesn't know him/herself.
Just for the record, all information posted here are personal experiences/stories. There are no Doctors/Nurses answering questions on the board. This board is for sharing stories so we can learn from each other! If you have any problems with the board, please email me at Angela4KP1@comcast.net
