if someone has any info.on results or just wants to talk about lawsuits or other subs.please contact me.my story i must keep short due to time.my wife went to her reg.doc appt.at 40wks.doc ask how we felt about having baby asap.wife was ready.doc said hold on and they would ck.hosp.for avl.when they came back in to tell my wife that they could take her that night we said ok.we were told that because she had not shown more prog.only about 1-2 cent.they would take her that evening and give her a sleeping pill to help her rest.at 6am they would break her water and induce labor.well she had shown signs of labor about 3 cents.so no sleeping pill.5am came and i left to go home to ck.on the house.at 6am i walked in to our room at hospital to see my wife.she was healthy, happy, and looking forward to this birth.just to let you know my wife had lost one other child to comp.1yr or more before this birth.at 6am the doc.came broke her water and started pitocin.she said she could tell it was working right away.i as most watched and thought she was being watched, and to some degree she was.they came in to reset the straps that told the nurses what was going on w/baby.nurse came in reset straps ask wife hows it going.wife said she was in some pain and wanted the shot doc.had offered to my wife (to take the edge off.)nurse gave her the shot.now this is where it gets sad.i was sitting at the end of her bed watching her moniter.it showed her blood press.heart rate, baby, etc.i rememembered pulse at 81-79 b/pm blood press.138/over 78?.understand i am no doctor, but i do remember her signs dropping to 69bpm,blood press.109/over what ever.and remember that this is only 3-hrs.after induction.that is somewhere between 9-10am.my wife looked at me and said that she short of breath, said she felt like she was having a panic attack.i ask her if she was ok,that is when she looked at me in a way i can now only say as the look of death and grabed for me and called my name.she started to choke and shake.it happened so fast.before it started i jumped to call the nurses to her aid.(they looked all 6-8 of them at me as if i was nuts.)again i screamed for them to come to her that she was not breathing, and they came and wheeled her out.as most might think, she in a hospital should have no problem she will be fine.the short of it is nurse came in w/my baby girl said she was fine.great i said where is my wife.they said they were working on her.looking at the clock i knew it was not good.soon after what the happest day of my life became the saddest.doc.came in and said wife was gone, best friend, lover, wife, hope, gone just like that.baby is fine and looks just like her mother.but no answers.can you help.let all know that info.on pitocin maybe hard to come by.but this i have found for sure and it says that a (doctor or a nurse must be in attendance at all times during induction).this did not happen.if you info.please post it.please let me know how to get intouch.thanks.
