I am so sorry to hear your story. I do not remember the name of the pill that was placed on your cervix, but from the info. I have read, it too was a bad part of your bad labor and delivery. The drug has only been given and okay by the FDA to treat ulcers, but drs. kept using it for inductions. The makers of the drug have even put out a warning that it should not be used for inducing labor. It seems that all of the things your dr. did were wrong. (aka: not listening about your wishes not to use pitocin, not listening about your water) I sure hope that you will NEVER see that dr. again. It seems to me that dr. needs some serious malpractice suit against them.
